We are a competition BBQ team from Middletown, Delaware. Newly formed in 2006 after smoking and barbecuing in the backyard for years. The team consists of Head Cook Ron Templeman, Ron Templeman Jr.(Ron's son), Mike Sadgwar (Ron's son-in-law), Brian Milito (Ron's nephew), and Rob Simon (family friend). In 2009, we added a 6th member, Stephanie Sadgwar (Mike's lil sis). She took the position of CMO (Chief Medical Oinker).
